2/3 | cup | mayonnaise | |

1/3 | cup | dairy sour cream | |

1/4 | cup | chopped fresh cilantro | |

|||
2 | tablespoons | milk | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | lime juice | |
|
|||
1 | fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped | ||
|
|||
3/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
8 | ounces | radiatore pasta cooked, rinsed with cold water and drained | |
|
|||
2 | large tomatoes, seeded and chopped | ||
|
|||
1 | yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped | ||
|
|||
1 | zucchini squash, quartered lengthwise and thinly sliced | ||
|
|||
3 | green onions, thinly sliced | ||
|
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, milk, lime juice, jalapeno pepper and salt. Add pasta, tomatoes, yellow pepper, zucchini and green onions; toss to coat. Cover; chill to blend flavors.
