Yield: 2 1/2 cups
1 | package | (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened | |

2 | Tablespoons | mayonnaise | |

2 | Tablespoons | Dijon mustard | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | prepared horseradish | |
|
|||
3/4 | pound | cooked roast beef, finely chopped | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | finely chopped red radishes | |
|
|||
3 | finely chopped green onions | ||
|
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish in a bowl. Beat with electric mixer until fluffy.
Fold in beef, radishes and onions. Chill to blend flavors.
Spread on toasted crusty bread or with crispy bagel chips.
